Tangki pendingin susu (milk refrigeration tank) berfungsi untuk mendinginkan susu segar setelah diperah sehingga kualitasnya terjaga. Pendinginan susu juga memperpanjang masa simpan dan mengurangi pertumbuhan bakteri.
